Synopsis
Light to moderate winds and low to moderate seas will prevail along the Lower Texas coast through Sunday as surface low pressure persists over deep south Texas. Seas are expected to increase by Sunday night through Tuesday as easterly swell from Gustav are expected to reach the adjacent Gulf of Mexico waters of deep south Texas. Mariners should monitor the progress of Gustav through the next several days.
