Synopsis For High Island To Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 Nm Winds and seas will continue diminishing tonight and Friday as high pressure builds down from the Central Plains. An onshore flow will develop on late Sunday as the high moves off to the east and pressures begin to fall across the Texas Panhandle. These moderate to strong south to southeast winds will persist until the passage of the next strong cold front around the middle of next week.
